About Elida Estate:
Founded in 1918 by Robert Louis Lamastus, Elida Estate in the Boquete highlands spans five estates and four microclimates, with roughly half of its land situated inside the protected Volcán Barú National Park. Sitting at elevations between 1,670 and 2,200 masl—the highest cultivated land in the region—the farm experiences cold night temperatures (under 10°C) and persistent bajareque mist. This environmental stress slows cherry ripening, allowing sugars and aromatic compounds to concentrate and giving Geisha its signature floral, tea-like profile. Rather than managing the land as a uniform farm, the Lamastus family cultivates a mosaic of distinct, separately processed plots. The contrast between the lower-elevation Loma plot (1,700–1,800 masl) and the high-elevation Vuelta plot (1,900–1,950 masl) highlights how dramatically altitude shapes flavor, even when variety, season, and processing remain identical.

About Bambito Estate:
Bambito Estate, operated by fourth- and fifth-generation family members including Priscilla Amar Gonzalez, is a high-altitude specialty farm (1,660–1,800 masl) near Volcán Barú in Panama's Chiriquí Province. Its 10 hectares of coffee land—complemented by 5 hectares of preserved rainforest—benefit from volcanic soil and cold, sheltered microclimates that slow cherry maturation to build bean density and flavor complexity. Guided by a "Kaizen" philosophy of continuous improvement, the family pairs meticulous processing, sustainable practices, and community outreach with state-of-the-art demucilagers to craft their globally acclaimed Washed Geisha—a clean, silky cup renowned for bright jasmine florals and delicate citrus.
Building on this reputation for excellence, Bambito Estate achieved top honors in the 2026 Best of Panama(BoP):

The whole session will be approximately 45-60 minutes long
Strictly limited to 4-6 spots per session
Each ticket is for a single seat
~80ml of each coffee
Order 3 or more bags of coffee and the whole order ships free. *Flat rate $10 shipping for orders under 3 coffees.
Same or next day shipping (excluding weekends / preorders / intl orders). This coffee may be rested 7-14 days before being shipped.
Once shipped, please allow for a transit time of 4-10 business days. Orders in the GTA deliver within 1-2 days.
